Flip & Learn is a children's educational language card game designed for ages 3 and up. We have built this app with privacy as a core principle.

Information You Provide

When setting up a player profile, the app optionally asks for a player name and avatar selection. This information is stored locally on your device only and is never transmitted to us or any third party.

Purchase Information

If you choose to unlock the full version through an In-App Purchase, the transaction is processed entirely by Apple through the App Store. We do not receive, store or process any payment information. Apple's privacy policy governs this transaction.

Data Storage

All data generated by Flip & Learn is stored exclusively on your device using Apple's standard local storage. This includes:

• Player name and avatar choice
• Game progress and star count
• Unlocked card back designs
• App settings and preferences

We have no access to this data at any time.

Children's Privacy

Flip & Learn is designed for children. We comply with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and applicable international children's privacy laws.

• We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13
• We do not require children to provide personal information to use the app
• All In-App Purchases require solving a parental gate question first
• We do not contain advertising of any kind
• We do not contain links to external websites or social media

Third Party Services

Flip & Learn uses only these built-in Apple system services:

• AVSpeechSynthesizer — Apple's text-to-speech engine. No audio is recorded or transmitted.
• StoreKit — Apple's payment framework. We do not receive payment details.
• UserDefaults — Apple's local storage for saving progress on device.

No third-party SDKs, analytics services, advertising networks or tracking tools are included.

Your Rights

You can delete all app data at any time by uninstalling Flip & Learn. Parents and guardians can also use Apple's Screen Time and Family Sharing features to manage app usage and purchases.

International Users

Since we do not collect or transmit any personal data, there are no cross-border data transfer concerns. All data remains on your local device.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will update the "Last updated" date at the top when changes are made.
