Credits & licences

Flip & Learn is made by BuraApps. The app itself draws its emoji with the emoji font already on your device, and this website uses your system's fonts — neither redistributes anyone else's artwork. Our marketing images do: the pins, posters and social images that link here are built with open-source emoji sets and typefaces. This page credits their creators the way their licences ask.

Twemoji — emoji illustrations on our Pinterest pins and hook images

• Creator: Twitter, Inc. and other contributors; maintained by the jdecked/twemoji project.
• Copyright: © 2020 Twitter, Inc and other contributors.
• Source: github.com/jdecked/twemoji (graphics in assets/svg).
• Licence: the graphics are licensed under Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International (CC BY 4.0).
• Changes: none — the SVGs are only scaled to size, never recoloured, cropped or redrawn.

Twemoji is provided "as is", without warranty of any kind. The licensor does not endorse Flip & Learn or its use of the graphics.

OpenMoji — emoji illustrations in our July 2026 ad images

• Creator: the OpenMoji project, HfG Schwäbisch Gmünd and contributors.
• Source: openmoji.org.
• Licence: Creative Commons Attribution-ShareAlike 4.0 International (CC BY-SA 4.0).
• Changes: scaled and composed into our ad images, otherwise unchanged. Because of the ShareAlike term, the emoji artwork within those images remains available under CC BY-SA 4.0.
